In 1991 PT. Astra International Tbk became majority owner of PT. Pantja Motor with a 75% stake purchased by PT. Aryaloka Sentana of PT Unitras First. In the same year Isuzu Panther TBR 52, 2300 cc Direct Injection Diesel launched into the market.

In 1995, Isuzu Elf diliuncurkan, 2800 cc Diesel Direct Injection. In 1996 expelled Isuzu Panther TBR 54, 2500 cc Direct Injection Diesel and Isuzu Borneo, medium truck class. In that year, foreign investors in PT. Pantja Motor namely Isuzu Motors Ltd. and Itochu Corporation. In the same year I Pantura isuzu Games organizing has yielded 1 liter of diesel to a distance of 31 km.

In 1997, PT. Isuzu Panther Motor Pantja export to the Philippines and Taiwan, and in 2000 launched Isuzu New Panther 160, 2500 cc Direct Injection Dieseil. Not long lapse in 2001, Isuzu New Panther 160 Touring issued by PT. Pantja Motor.
